Uniform Gear reserves the right to refuse any order it deems unusual or excessive. Certain items which are used by Uniformed Police Officers are restricted to only sworn Law Enforcement Professionals. This is done to protect both you and us. We will contact you or your department to verify your position and title. Please see our history page to understand why we are concerned about your safety. Once customers are in our data base this step will not be necessary for future orders.

It is our intention not to allow anyone to impersonate a police officer, at least not with our help. We thank you for your consideration.

Shipping Information:

If items are in stock the we should be able to get the product out to you the next day. For any item that is not in stock we will contact you with information regarding how long it will be before we can get the item out to you.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All Purchases, except for custom orders, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. All items need to be in their original packaging, with all tags, all parts and unused. If an item is returned to us and is visibly used and unable to be resold we will return the item to you at your expense. Stock orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped. Custom orders can be canceled as long as it is not already processed with the manufacturer.

If an Item is returned to us for an exchange we will charge you for the shipping of the new item and any difference in product cost. We will notify you of this cost before we charge your credit card or ship the new item.
